My wake up number of times is 0 to 1 when I take this. Definitely noticed difference.
Give a few drops to my teen too at night to calm and help sleep.

The best remedy to relax and and de-stress by far
After a serious struggle with sleep and Anxiety the "Reishi" Energy was recommended to me. In the last few weeks I have been able to sleep from around 10pm-6am pretty well right through most nights. I have been taking it twice a day morning and night for about 6-7 weeks now. I haven't rested so well in years. Primal team are always happy to check in on progress and offer tips for usage.
